"let Christmas enter our hearts"

As I woke up early in the morning….upon opening our door, a cold wind embraced me. I was astonished by the wind, felt it so hard. Then I told myself, Christmas is approaching.

Months, weeks and days have passed and now, we are again at the last month of the year- the month of December. And December, we all know its Christmas day. Christmas . . . What is really is it?

When we say Christmas to a six year old child, the first thing she would say is to eat. So in short to celebrate, to have a party, and to have fun. In our culture, we usually celebrate Christmas; we eat at 12:00 and this is what we call NOCHE BUENA. We always have this so called SIMBANG GABI. We can see children caroling everywhere . . . . . Every house is full of décor, bright and beautiful.

These things are the common things we usually do during Christmas. But what matters most is the
LOVE.
Christmas is all about love. When we love, we give and we share. Through this we can feel happiness. And that is the true essence of Christmas. In our own simple ways, we can express our love to anyone. Not the presence of material things that makes a person happy but the point there is you remember him . . . . . . you’ve shared him something.

The true essence of Christmas it should not only be seen during this month. But we should give this whatever month is it. We can share this everyday; we can as long as we wanted. Always remember that Christmas is all about
LOVING, GIVING, and SHARING. Let’s make everyday Christmas. . . let Christmas enter our hearts forever. .

"PAGPAPATIBAY NG PAGKATAONG PILIPINO TUGON SA HAMON NG PANAHON"

Every November of the month, we always celebrate the values month. And this time our theme is all about “PAGPAPATIBAY NG PAGKATAONG PILIPINO TUGON SA HAMON NG PANAHON.” Reading this quote is simple but as we go deeper into the meaning it really speaks a lot.
Filipinos are known to be hospitable. But that’s not the only thing that we can be proud of. Our country is also reach in natural resources that contribute a lot in uplifting the name of our country…..PHILIPPINES. We are also reigning when it comes to sports… our very own Manny Pacquiao, boxing champ. He has defeated many other men in different countries. Together with him, we are at the top but still we remain to be humble.
For the past months we have suffered because of the occurrence different calamities. Especially, the continuous existence of storms that contributed a lot of destruction of some homes and other properties. But still we continued to be strong and brave. We still fight despite of our sufferings.
Every one of us helped one another. We became one big nation in surpassing this dilemma. And now, we are here to continue our lives despite of the destruction it brought. We survived because of our unity….. We remained to be strong, and that’s how Filipinos are…. We are brave to face any challenges that come along. And so.. let’s be proud of ourselves.
MABUHAY!!! =)

TRIO..

kring.!kring!.. As the alarm clock rings, she needs to wake up early, get up from bed, and cook immediately. After we finished our breakfast, she fixes herself and go to school. That is her daily routine.
A teacher is just like a 3 in 1 coffee. No one can beat her. No one can do the things she does. She is unique, exceptional and loving. She is always a good model to me as well as to everyone. She is a teacher who teaches everyone, gives information and good advice. Eventhough she is tired of teaching all day long, she never forgets her role as a wife. She always gives time for being a mother. She wraps us with her tender love and care. Her warmth support for us gives us inspiration to study hard. I love her eventhough sometimes she scolds me. She knows the best for us. That is why, I idolize her for being unique.
She is my hero! My 3-in-1 mom..A teacher, a wife and a mother. It is so amazing that she can do all this three wonderful roles. How she twists her time to do these roles. She opened my heart and soul to see reality. And until now, she keeps me growing in love

" Looking bacK"

We are again to face new chapter in our life as a student. To face new obstacles that may come in our journey. . . . new lesson and new life. Now that second quater was over,we need to be strong to face this challenges that comes along.
Looking back, second quarter was full of surprises. I learned a lot of things about computers especially in web designing and all about web. A lot of information was added in my mine. Thanks a lot to my dear teacher in TLE.
But in every step that I take, theres always a thing called "dilemma." We can't escape in such things like that. Anad TIME was my number one problem. . My time in doing my activities wasn't enough for me to accomplish my tasks. It's quite hard but theres nothing I can do but to be strong and prove myself that I can. And so I did it. I'd tried my best to cope up to the lessons and activities that I've missed. It's not that easy but I never gave up and that made me over come this dilemma.
Moving on, I promised myself to balance my time. To spend it wisely, to accomplish my works in the right time.

Adapting to Diverse Science Culture for Development

Today, technologies are really eviable. Because of the unending wants of the people, they kept on creating new technologies for their own satisfaction. But come to think of it, because of this our world continues to grow and it becomes modern. We are already living in a modern world. Compared to the status of living before, there is really a big difference nowadays.

Let's take for example the communication we have for todays generation. Technologies such as telephones, cellphones etc... Through this we can communicate to our love ones as fast as we can, clearly and accurately. But before, pens and papers were the ones used for communication. It would take days, weeks and I think even months to recieved by the people concerned. Another the transportation... the occurance of LRT,MRT and other machine operated vehicles really make a difference. When using these, we can easily catch up to dates, appoitments we have. We can do things easily. For students like me, the presence of computers contribute a lot for my studies as well as to you. It is indeed a very good source of learning. It gives a lot of informations. These are just some of new discoveries we have today. If we count it all, well this post/blog would not be enough.

Technologies really help us in so many ways. We can do our work, effortlessly, accurately and easily. Technologies really provide objects necessary for human sustenance and comfort. But remember, everything has a limit. We should limit the use of it because if we use these things harshly, it can lead to some complications to us human and to our environment. As a conclusion, if we all know how to adapt to this changes correctly and positively, we can make all things possible.

Wikang Filipino: Mula Baler hanggang buong bansa

Philippines is a country that is reach in natural resources and that is why different counties were enchanted to its beauty. They invaded us, long long tears ago, for this reason our country really suffered. Together with the arrival of different countries is the existence of the different languages. According to history, the Spaniards invaded us for more than 300 years. And as we can see, many old age Filipinos were influenced to their culture, tradition and most of all, their language.

Under the leadership of Former President Manuel Quezon, he tried his best for our country to have a common language. Year 1944, he proclaimed that "wikang Filipino" is our national language. A language used to communicate to one another. A language every Filipino should know and must know, should use and must use, should and must develop every now and then, and should and must be proud of. This is our identity as Filipinos. We can be easily known by using this. Everywhere, anywhere, let's use this.

A true blooded Filipino from Baler became successful in encouraging people to use Filipino language during his time. And so it is our duty today to continue that legacy of Quezon. Let's use Filipino language not only in school, not only in our homes. Let's use it everywhere, chin up and be proud!!!

A GLIMPSE FROM THE PAST......

TLE for me, when i first encountered it, I thougt it was hard. But with the guidance of my teacher, Imade it. Ilearned a lot from this subject. Looking back, on the first grading period, different lessons were thougt to us. Beginning from the history of INTERNET up to what internet was. It's components, datas, services and tools. Until such time, we entered blogging.
Different activities were given to us to test our skills and to see if we really understood the lessons. And these activities really were the one that challenged me. I'm afraid to commit mistakes. I'm afraid because in my mind, I thought I can't do it alone.
But with braveness, I made it. Ihave overcome the obstacles by believing in myself. By believing on my capabilities which I have rilied on to passed on to this things.
Moving on, I promise that I will always listen to my teacher. Always believe in myself and capabilities. And I will always treasure the things that I have experienced in the school. And I will always keep in mind the lessons that I have learned from the previous grading.

Language ... use it properly!!

Different languages are used in the different part of the world, for one main reason, to have a better communication. And to be able to understand easily what other people say. English is a very well known language. It is also said to be international language. And most of the us know this. Many times, they also use this.

In our country, Filipino language is widely used. Former President Manuel Quezon declared that Filipino is our "pambansang wika". And because of this, we now have a better communication.

Filipino or english, whatever is it, we can use any dialect we want. But be sure to use it properly with kindness and politeness. We must speak properly in order to attain peace. Because once you shout or you speak improperly to someone, he/she will feel bad. If we talk to them incorrectly and if the pitch of our voice is high, well it can really buld a hard feeling inside, right??

So we should speak properly to anyone. Speak english or filipino properly with kindness!!!!

"be healthy"

'' Health is wealth'' ''what you eat is what you are'' proper diet makes a man healthy and wise. these and many more are some cliches we hear to improve our health.

Proper foods to eat make us healthy. but nowadays, the abundance of foods we are having and the existence of variety of foods is one reason why we acquire some diseases. Ailments like, hepetitis, diabetis, ulcer, UTI, and even cancer are now associated with the kind of foods we eat. Hepatitis, example is caused by the foods we eat which is called "street foods" or "pagkaing lansangan" (isaw, fishballs, etc.) are proven caused of hepatitis. Another example, diabetis, it is caused also by the food e eat like too much sweets; too much ice cream, cakes chocolates, softdrinks are the main cause of diabetis. This means then that not all the food we eat are healthy. They may cause serious diseases.

In order to avoid such diseases, we should learn how to eat healthy foods. Let us be wise and choose the right foods. Let's not pay attention with the tate of the food. But let's think of what nutrients we can get in that food. In this way we can avoid lifestyle diseases. Let us have a proper diet and be contented with the natural foods (fruits, vegetables, milks, fishes, and other foods rich in vitamins etc.). Avoid junk foods, for this are foods full of preservatives and spices. this ingredients are harmful to usif taken in large amount.

So.... let's eat healthy foods. Make tomorrow, a brigther day!!!
